CONTACT
 

(a) To upheld the rule of law based on democracy and secularism and in particular, to promote the principle of the Preamble and the spirit the Constitution of India and its Directive Principles, human rights; Justice, social economic and political; Liberty of thought expression, beliefs faith and worship, Equality of states and opportunity and fraternity.

(b) To advance, in the interests of the people the science of jurisprudence in all its fields-domestic, comparative and international-and in particular to protect the citizens, employees organised and unorganized, specially the weaker sections minorities, women and children against discriminatory, oppressive or unconscionable laws or acts.

(c) To restructure and improve our judicial system to ensure speedy, inexpensive and impartial justice to everyone. To make judiciary accountable and its constitution and  functioning transparent.

(d) To advance forensic and penal science and to ensure humane and effective investigation of offences and rehabilitation of offenders.

(e) To advance the spirit of fraternity among lawyers and in particular to improve the relations between juniors and seniors, inter alia by promoting grater awareness of the legitimate interest of juniors in the profession.

(f) To strive for equal fair justice for all citizens and for the provision of free and efficacious legal aid.

(h) To advance the rights of women and children in the field of family law.

(i) To bring together lawyers, teachers and students of law.

(j) To cooperate with other organisations, in India and abroad for achievement of these objects.
